priority. All our hosting plans carry a 30-day money
back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied
with our services within the first 30 days of
activating your account, simply cancel your
subscription through your account control panel and
send an email to
sales@titaniumservers.com with a brief
explanation. You will be given a full refund for any
hosting fees charged*.
*This refund applies only to
hosting fees and does not include any additional
services provisioned by the customer including but
not limited to domain name registration fees, disk
space over usage fees and additional bandwidth
charges.
Cancellations at any other
time will receive a refund for pre-paid but unused
service. Please note: If service is
terminated in the middle of the month, Titanium
Servers will not pro-rate the remaining funds until
the end of the month. Your account remains active
until the end of the month and is automatically
terminated at the beginning of the next month. The
effective date of any cancellation is the date on
which the cancellation is verified as legitimate by
Titanium Servers. In order to cancel service and be
eligible for a refund, the customer must cancel
their account via the Titanium Servers customer
control panel and additionally send an email to
sales@titaniumservers.com with a brief
explanation. Each request must include your Customer
ID, and Domain Name.
Any customer whose account has
been suspended or terminated due to the breach of
any part of the Titanium Servers’s Terms &
Conditions including but not limited to the Payment
of Fees and the Violation of the Acceptable Use
policy automatically forfeits eligibility for the
Titanium Servers Money Back Guarantee.
Any customer who has received
a refund in the past, or has been a customer in the
past 90 days is not eligible for the Titanium
Servers Money Back Guarantee.
